Assistant Hydrologist

Felix is a hydrologist with extensive experience in hydrological modelling, flood mapping and spatial data analysis. He contributes to the realization of SERVIR’s mission by involvement in the water and hydro-climatic disasters service area which includes implementation of the streamflow monitoring service. Prior to joining SERVIR, he was involved in numerous projects such as hydrological assessments, hydrogeological assessments, capacity development and rural water supply. Felix has a background in hydrology and water resources management degree from Maseno University and earned his Master of Science in Water Policy from the Pan African University Institute of Water and Energy Sciences, Algeria.
