Joseph has a strong background in Statistics, Population Studies and Development with over 10 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of health and development projects. His role as the Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist is to document the impact of SERVIR-Eastern & Southern Africa by measuring the extent to which tools, products and geo-spatial technology used for decision making in environmental management help in solving society problems.  Mr. Murage has a passion for reading inspiring life changing stories that positively impact people on their social economic status. He is married with two sons and a daughter.
